Applied AI: context and review
A summary can look complete while hiding missing information. Explore notes, compare sources, and build criteria for deciding what to keep, correct, or investigate.
What you’ll learn
- Work from reference materials without filling gaps with assumptions.
- Define review criteria and compare different versions of a deliverable.
- Investigate conflicting sources and compare options against practical constraints.
Who this course is for
If you already use AI and want to review its work more effectively, this course helps you build on that practice.
Before you begin
Bring some practice with clear requests and reviewing responses. Check the steps below to see what you need to complete first.
How to complete this course
To finish this course, complete its 8 required activities. If an activity depends on an earlier step, you’ll find guidance there.
After reading, listening, or watching, mark it as finished. If you’ve already completed a resource used here, we’ll recognize it from your history when the edition and scope match.
Spot missing information: answer the question correctly. You can revisit the material and try again.
Compare responses thoughtfully: answer the question correctly. You can revisit the material and try again.
Separate evidence from assumptions: answer the question correctly. You can revisit the material and try again.
Choose with clear criteria: answer the question correctly. You can revisit the material and try again.
Optional practice gives you room to experiment and doesn’t hold up completion. A later attempt never erases a passing result. Marking a reading as finished records what you’ve read; the checks help assess what you’ve understood.
Before you begin
- AI in practice: first steps — pass 100% of the understanding checks
Once you’re signed in and enrollment is available, we’ll check what you’ve already completed so you don’t have to repeat it.
